As a Sales Consultant with Sentry Security, you'll play a key role in driving growth, engaging with new clients, and expanding opportunities within our existing customer base. Engage with new prospects and educate them on the value of Sentry’s comprehensive security solutions. You’ll identify customer needs and match them with the right products and services to improve their security and peace of mind.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by offering system upgrades, additional services, and new product offerings.
Work closely with customers to understand their unique security requirements and present tailored solutions that deliver the best results.
Partner with Project Managers and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team objectives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Process customer transactions, including orders and quotes, accurately and efficiently. Provide clear communication regarding pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
Previous experience in sales (ideally in security, technology, or similar industries), with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to engage customers over the phone, in person, and through digital platforms. You know how to listen, understand, and influence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to overcome objections and find creative solutions.
You’ll manage multiple accounts and projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
